The Rules of Golf as approved by the R&A limited and the USGA apply to all play, except so far as they are modified by the following Local Rules:

1.All golfers are requested to show due respect on the 17th Tee and Green, the 18th Tee and Fairway should there be a funeral taking place in the Graveyard.

2.All roads and paths on the course, even if not artificially surfaced, are treated as immovable obstructions from which free relief is allowed under Rule 16.1.

3.Should a ball land on the 16th green while playing the 3rd hole the drop zone must be used, free relief is allowed under Rule 14.3

4.The area to the right of the 13th fairway, marked by blue stakes with green tops is a No Play Zone that is to be treated as an abnormal course condition to protect players from danger. Players must not enter this area. If it is Known or virtually certain that a ball landed in the No Play Zone while playing the 13th, players must use the drop zone located on the 13th fairway approximately 65 yards from the 13th green, free relief is allowed under Rule 14.3

5. If a player’s ball is in the general area and there is interference from exposed tree roots that are in a part of the general area cut to fairway height or less or in the first cut of the rough, the tree roots are treated as ground under repair. The player may take free relief under Rule 16.1b. But interference does not exist if the tree roots only interfere with the player’s stance

.6.Relief may be taken from any tractor rut on the course, to be treated as Ground under repair from which relief is allowed under Rule 16.1.

7.A ball is out of bounds when it is beyond any defining boundary of the course. All boundaries of the course are marked by white marker posts, boundary walls and fences. The out of bounds on the left of the 16th hole ends at the white post approximately 130 yards from the 16th Green.

Note to Local Rules.

The standard for deciding what happened to a player’s ball – Known or virtually certain means more than just possible or probable. It means that either: There is conclusive evidence that the event in question happened to the player's ball, such as when the player or other witnesses saw it happen, or although there is a very small degree of doubt, all reasonably available information shows that it is at least 95% likely that the event in question happened.
